Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SeeBoop ("we", "us", "our") and its associated apps, websites, and services. By creating an account or using SeeBoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SeeBoop. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seeboop.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

SeeBoop is intended for monitoring your own pets in spaces you own or control. You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

SeeBoop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g. recordings you trigger), but grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content to you.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Free tier. The free tier provides unlimited live monitoring for one Station device with no time limit.

Premium Annual. Billed at $14.99 per year. Auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.

Premium Lifetime. A one-time purchase of $39.99 that grants perpetual Premium access for your account. Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date. Within 14 days, contact support@seeboop.com for a full refund.

In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google respectively, subject to their own refund policies. Web purchases are processed by Stripe.

6. Warranty disclaimer

SeeBoop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Pet monitoring is a supplemental tool — it is not a substitute for appropriate physical supervision or professional veterinary care.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SeeBoop, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute resolution

We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — email support@seeboop.com and we'll respond within 5 business days. If we can't resolve it informally, disputes shall be governed by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. Class action waiver: you waive the right to bring or participate in a class action.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of SeeBoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
